§1 Scope
These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts that customers conclude with FaRi UG via the online shop. Differing conditions of the customer are not recognized unless the seller expressly agrees to their validity in writing.


§2 Conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. The contract is concluded as soon as the customer receives a confirmation by email after completing the order process.


§3 Prices and shipping costs
The prices stated are final prices and include statutory VAT.
In addition to the prices stated, shipping costs apply, which amount to between €4.99 and €19.99 depending on the country of delivery.
Information on delivery times: Shipping takes place within 3 to 7 working days.

§4 Payment
The following payment methods are available to the customer: PayPal, credit card and instant bank transfer.
Payment is due upon conclusion of the contract.


§5 Retention of title
The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been made.


§6 Warranty and liability
The statutory warranty rights apply.
Liability for slightly negligent breaches of duty is excluded, unless the damage is due to injury to life, body or health.


§7 Right of withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving reasons. Further information can be found in the separate cancellation policy.


§8 Data protection
Information on the handling of personal data can be found in the data protection declaration.


§9 Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
If a provision of these terms and conditions is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.

§1 Geltungsbereich

  1. Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) gelten für alle Verträge, die Kunden mit der FaRi UG über den Online-Shop abschließen.
  2. Abweichende Bedingungen des Kunden werden nicht anerkannt, es sei denn, der Verkäufer stimmt ihrer Geltung ausdrücklich schriftlich zu.

§2 Vertragsabschluss

  1. Die Darstellung der Produkte im Online-Shop stellt kein rechtlich bindendes Angebot dar, sondern eine Aufforderung zur Bestellung.
  2. Der Vertrag kommt zustande, sobald der Kunde nach Abschluss des Bestellvorgangs eine Bestätigung per E-Mail erhält.

§3 Preise und Versandkosten

  1. Die angegebenen Preise sind Endpreise und enthalten die gesetzliche Mehrwertsteuer.
  2. Zusätzlich zu den angegebenen Preisen fallen Versandkosten an, die je nach Lieferland zwischen 4,99 € und 19,99 € betragen.
  3. Informationen zur Lieferzeit: Der Versand erfolgt innerhalb von 3 bis 7 Werktagen.

§4 Zahlung

  1. Dem Kunden stehen folgende Zahlungsmethoden zur VerfĂĽgung: PayPal, Kreditkarte und Sofort-Ăśberweisung.
  2. Die Zahlung ist mit Vertragsabschluss fällig.

§5 Eigentumsvorbehalt

  1. Die Ware bleibt bis zur vollständigen Zahlung Eigentum des Verkäufers.

§6 Gewährleistung und Haftung

  1. Die gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsrechte gelten.
  2. Eine Haftung für leicht fahrlässige Pflichtverletzungen wird ausgeschlossen, es sei denn, es handelt sich um Schäden aus der Verletzung des Lebens, des Körpers oder der Gesundheit.

§7 Widerrufsrecht

  1. Kunden haben das Recht, binnen 30 Tagen ohne Angabe von GrĂĽnden den Vertrag zu widerrufen.
  2. Weitere Informationen dazu sind in der separaten Widerrufsbelehrung zu finden.

§8 Datenschutz

  1. Hinweise zum Umgang mit persönlichen Daten sind in der Datenschutzerklärung enthalten.

§9 Schlussbestimmungen

  1. Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland.
  2. Sollte eine Bestimmung dieser AGB unwirksam sein, bleiben die ĂĽbrigen Bestimmungen davon unberĂĽhrt.
